After Modi’s announcement, ANI asked the farmers about quitting the agitation against three farm laws. BSU spokesperson Rakesh Tikait said they didn’t stop agitation until the farm laws had been withdrawn in the lower house.
He said the agitation will continue and they will decide the future course of action after the 9-member committee of Samyukt Morcha meeting today.
Mr Tikait who said they will work on things legally has the MSP Guarantee Act in their agenda too. He also said that a committee will be formed to talk with the Indian government over other issues.
