AP government sends a 5-member team to Kerala to study the third wave

On Thursday, the AP government is sending a five-member team from the state to Kerala to study the Corona Third Wave. The team will stay in Kerala for a week to monitor the situation.

The government has appointed senior IAS officer Babu A., AP Medical Policy Council Commissioner Vinod Kumar, Arogyasree Executive Chairman Sambashivareddy and two epidemiologists. It will conduct a thorough study on third-wave symptoms, measures taken by the public to combat the virus, etc. and submit a report to the government.

In the past 24 hours, 1,539 new corona cases were reported in the AP. A total of 20,07,730 corona cases were reported in the state, including cases registered today. Twelve people died with the corona in 24 hours. So far 13,778 people have died in the state with corona. In Andhra, 1,140 people have recovered in the last 24 hours. There are currently 14,448 corona active cases in the state.
