BCCI condemn the reports of forcing Indian cricketers to eat halal meat

Since the last few days, there has been a lot of criticism against BCCI for forcing Indian cricketers to eat only halal meat. Regarding this, there have been huge debates conducted all over the nation on popular news channels.

Over this, the BCCI has responded and condemned those allegations as trivial. Speaking to India Today, BCCI Treasurer said that they didn’t interfere with any of the players’ food habits. And whatever the reports that BCCI was forcing Indian players to eat only halal meat were completely false.

Coming to the Test series, the first Test between India and New Zealand will be played on 25th November 2021 at Kanpur, UP. In absence of Rohit and Virat, team India is playing with inexperienced players.
