In Tamil Nadu, the public is not allowed there on Sundays

The Tamil Nadu government has extended the lockdown again in the state by easing some restrictions. It was known that from today onwards it has allowed to re-open schools with 50% occupancy.

As covid-19 cases in Tamil Nadu have been registered less than 2k, MK Stalin has almost continued with the last lockdown restrictions with few relaxations. Theatres will run with 50% occupancy.
And the public is restricted to enter beaches on Sundays.

The religious places in TN will be closed on Sundays. This decision has been taken by the Stalin government to prevent huge gatherings on Sundays at beaches and all religious places.

On the other hand, TN registered 1,512 new cases in the last 24 hours. Tamil Nadu breaks the vaccine record and at least 5.75 lakh people took the Covid vaccine yesterday, the highest single-day vaccination in the state.
