It is learned that the decision has been taken to extend the lockdown for ten days from May 31. However, the government has decided to increase the relaxation period from 6 AM to 1 PM. The extended lockdown in Telangana is coming to an end on 9th June. As the lockdown is yielding results, the cabinet is scheduled to meet again on June 8.
Telangana CM KCR will chair a cabinet meeting on 8th June and discuss lockdown, covid situation in the state followed by the agriculture and the financial status of the state with officials and ministers.
On the other hand, the launch of diagnostic centers in the state has been postponed to 9th June. CM KCR decided to open diagnostic centers across the state at the same time on June 9. He also directed the ministers to open diagnostic centers across the state at the same time.
