Krishna Nagar brings 5th Gold for India in Paralympics

Another dawn, another Gold for India. This time, it’s Krishna Nagar. What a top-class performance? Those smashes were lightning.  Krishna Nagar wins the second Para Badminton gold for the country by defeating Hong Kong’s Chu Man Kai in the Men’s Singles SH6 final with 21-17, 16-21 and 21-17.

Hong Kong Chu Man Kai has given a tough fight. The way Krishna Nagar got back into the game after losing the second set was remarkable and it showed his strong determination and willpower.

With his gold, India’s medal tally reaches 19 with 5 Gold, 8 Silver and 6 Bronze. All Indian para-athletes have given legendary performances.
