“New India will not pressurise for medals, just give your 100%”- PM Modi

After the Olympic games, Tokyo city is ready for the Paralympic Games which will be held from 24th August-5th September 2021. Today, PM Narendra Modi has interacted with a 54-member Paralympic contingent.  

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has interacted with each and every member of India’s Paralympic contingent and motivated them with his words. He also amplified the confidence levels of the players. Mr Modi said that this new India wants athletes to give their 100 percent and it won’t pressurize athletes for the medals.

The Indian PM who interacted with 48-year-old para-badminton player Parul Dalsukhbhai Parmar from Gujarat has lauded her for working hard on fitness to represent India in Paralympic games to give her best. Modi predicted that she will win a medal for her brother on this Raksha Bandhan.

Earlier, he also interacted with the Olympics Contingent and wished them all the best. Entire India is ready to cheer for the Paralympic contingent to bring glory to the motherland.
