T20 WC 2021: Australia won the toss, decided to bowl against South Africa

The Super 12 matches of T20 World Cup 2021 are started from Today. In the opening match, two huge teams Australia and South Africa are ready for the face-off for an intense battle in Dubai.

Australian Skipper Aaron Finch has won the toss and decided to bowl first against the Proteas. Since 2019, Australia has won 45% of matches against South Africa. They’re the favourites of today’s match too. Besides, Proteas have the world cup curse too. They’ve won all the trophies except for the major ICC World cup trophies.

Despite they outperformed every team, Proteas will fall at the last step. And it has been continuing for the years. Hopefully,  they want to end it this year.

As per the FlashScore Cricket Commentators, the average first innings score in T20s in Dubai in 2021 is 157. 75% of matches have won those who batted first.

Cricket Australia is playing with Starc, Cummins and Hazelwood. There is no place for Agar and Inglis. Matthew Wade will bat lower in the order.

The Proteas are playing with two spinners and two pacers. Pretorious and Markram will also share responsibility as fifth and sixth bowlers.
