The High Court struck down Narsapuram MP Raghurama Krishnam Raju’s petition

The Telangana High Court dismissed the petition filed by Narasapuram MP Raghurama Krishnaraju. It is learned that Raghuram Raju has filed a petition in the high court seeking transfer of bail petitions of AP CM Jagan and YCP Rajya Sabha member Vijayasai from CBI court to another.

In the wake of the CBI special court principal bench allowing Vijaya saireddy, who is an A-2 accused in YS Jagan’s disproportionate assets cases, to go abroad, he has sought transfer of the bail revocation petition filed by him from that bench.

However, the Telangana High Court, which heard the petition on Wednesday, refused to transfer the petitions revoking the bail of Jagan and Vijayasai. The apex court dismissed the petition filed by Raghurama Krishnam Raju. In a while, the CBI court will deliver its verdict on the petition revoking the bail of Jagan and Vijayasai Reddy.
